Privacy Policy

Overview
Zenvoq Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an Android micro-SaaS studio. The short version: we don't collect personal information about you ourselves. This website has no accounts, sign-ups, or tracking pixels.
Our apps, however, are free and supported by ads. To show those ads and understand how the apps are used, they include third-party advertising and analytics services that collect certain data. This policy explains what that involves.
What we collect directly
Nothing. We don't collect personal data through this website, and we don't build user accounts or profiles.
If you email us or book a call, we only use those details to reply to you. Calls are scheduled through Cal.com, which handles that booking under its own privacy policy.
Data collected in our apps
Our apps are ad-supported. The advertising and analytics services built into them collect a limited amount of data for three purposes:
- App functionality — to load content, remember settings, and keep the app working.
- Advertising — to show ads and measure how they perform, which can include personalised ads.
- Analytics — to understand how the app is used so we can fix issues and improve it.
Depending on the app, this can include a device advertising identifier, approximate (non-precise) location, in-app activity, and diagnostic or crash data. The exact list for each app is published in its “Data safety” section on the Google Play Store.
Advertising and analytics providers
The data above is collected and processed by third-party services embedded in our apps — for example, Google AdMob for advertising and Google Analytics for Firebase for analytics. These providers handle the data under their own privacy policies, not ours, and the specific providers can vary from app to app.
Your choices
- Reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
- Turn off ad personalisation in that same Android settings screen.
- Where an app shows a consent prompt, you can change your advertising and analytics choices there.
Data retention
We don't hold app data ourselves — it's retained by the advertising and analytics providers under their own policies. Any contact details you send us are kept only as long as needed to help you, then deleted.
Children
Our apps aren't directed at children under 13. Where an app is listed for a general or family audience, its ads and data handling follow Google Play's Families policy.
Your rights
Because we don't hold your personal data, requests to access or delete data collected in an app are best directed to the provider that collected it (for example, Google). If you're not sure where to start, email us and we'll point you the right way. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our apps and services change. When we do, we'll revise the date at the top of the page.
